Shipping
We ship via FeDex or Express Mail Services ( EMS )
All orders are subject to processing time. Most orders process and ship within 24 to 72 hours on receipt of payment.
We will package all items carefully and ensure that they are properly protected. Please allow extra days for weekends and bank holidays
If an order is complicated, custom, large or heavy, extended time may be required to process and deliver your order.

Return Policy:
You can return most new items within 20 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.

We will issue refunds by the same form of payment as the original purchase. We will refund the purchase price of the item less 10 % restocking fee and the original shipping and handling costs .  If we provided free shipping, we will deduct shipping and handling charges from the refund.

If a package appears seriously damaged when it arrives, refuse the shipment.  If an item is found damaged after opening the package, you must contact us by email, within 48 hours of delivery.  Inform us of the damage so that we can arrange to ship a replacement.

If there is a problem with a delivery, including, but not limited to, damage, loss or late delivery, the customer, agrees to hold shipping service liable and to contact the shipping service to resolve the issue.
The customer agrees not hold Albatross Gallery liable for any shipping issues. We recommend that you inspect your package for damage immediately upon arrival.  If there is a problem, contact the delivery service immediately to resolve any problems.
